Job Description
- Responsible for 2 content specialist
- Design, Execute, review and improve macros and script for customer and driver care agents
- Designing overall guideline of Script and Macros based on the needs of the organization and the individual
- Align and evaluation of content ease-to-understand
- Lead coordination with Driver care and customer care team related to content
- Developing subordinates improvement according to performance result assesment and gap capability analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Experience as copy writer or content creation for customer service scripts and agents
