Job Description
- Create and maintain articles in internal help center ( Go-knowledge ) and external help center ( FAQ section in web )
- Review, revamp and improve contents and look and feel in internal and external help center
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Experience to translate product brief into articles
