HR Business Partner (Operations)  

• Acts as a point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in Operations team
• Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
• Builds a strong relationship with the Operations team
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Recruits personally the key talents for the Operations team

This role will help to develop and implement better people management practices. The business partner shares the responsibility for the goals and target delivery in Operations team at GO-JEK. The HR Business partner will lead the change management projects and manage the HR related internal and external communication.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 2/3 years experience in HR Operations/ HR Partner

• Good in employee relations and have experience in handling employee relations in previous/current employer

• Can work under pressure, fast, flexible in work time

• Strong analytical and planning skills;

• Good communication and presentation skills;

• Excellent problem-solving skills;
