From crafting and presenting design solutions to delivering new features and improvements for various products, you’ll be mentored and challenged by our talented team of GoTroops all throughout your time with us, with your efforts directly impacting the lives of our millions of Gojek users in Indonesia and beyond.

Here's how your day to day job look like:

• Work closely and under the supervision of your Writer lead and following the predefined process that has been set by the team
• Understand the product briefs and be able to present ideas/solutions to the team under the supervision of the Writer lead
• Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scope
• Attend design reviews and give critiques accordingly
• Proactively seek feedback about their works
• Proactively seek knowledge about UX
• Assist the Senior Writers and starting to learn to participate in an end-to-end design process with peer researchers, designers, product, and engineering team

• Third/final year student from an Indonesian or overseas university; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of experience in the UX Writing/advertising/creative writing industry
• Possess a good understanding of writing fundamentals such as structured thinking, critical, and creative thinking in order to develop their writing output
• Possess a vast knowledge of grammar both in English and Indonesian
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty to find out the root cause of an issue, or to validate your copy, either through quantitative or qualitative research
• Possess insatiable curiosity to know your users, and how to make their lives better
• Great communication skills in English and Indonesian, verbal and written
