About the Role

GoSquads 4.0 is back with more diverse roles for you to explore. As our Product Design Intern, you’ll get the unique opportunity to handle product design related projects for one of the world’s fastest growing tech companies. From crafting and presenting design solutions to delivering new features and improvements for various products, you’ll be mentored and challenged by our talented team of GoTroops all throughout your time with us, with your efforts directly impacting the lives of our millions of Gojek users in Indonesia and beyond.

Here's how your day to day job look like:

• You will learn any product design related scope and work closely under supervision of the design lead or assigned budd, and follow the predefined process that set by the product team

• Able to comprehend with product briefs and be able to present the ideas/solution to the team under supervision of design lead

• Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well define scope

• Document the design process for each feature, such as research findings, ideations, usability testings, release, and monitor the impact after the product release

• Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal

• Third/final year student from an Indonesian or overseas university; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• At least 1 year of experience in the design area or creative/graphic design specific is preferred

• Familiar design fundamentals, such as design thinking framework and other framework in order to develop products

• Able to sketch the ideas into a wireframes, learn how to make wireflow and do wireframing for well-defined features

• Familiar of the basic design tools such as Overflow, Miro, Sketch and other wireframing tools that are widely used by Product Designers

• Familiar with how to validate solution through quantitative or qualitative
