From crafting and presenting design solutions to delivering new features and improvements for various products, you’ll be mentored and challenged by our talented team of GoTroops all throughout your time with us, with your efforts directly impacting the lives of our millions of Gojek users in Indonesia and beyond.

Your day to day job as Graphic Design Intern will look like this:

• Work under the supervision of the design lead or assigned buddy to handle product design related projects and follow the predefined process set by the product team
• Comprehend product briefs and present ideas/solutions to the team under supervision of the design lead
• Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well define scope
• Document the design process for each feature - such as research findings, ideations, and usability testings - and monitor the impact after the product release
• Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal

• Third/final year student from an Indonesian or overseas university; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of experience in the design area or creative/graphic design specific is preferred
• Vast knowledge of drawing skills, and a good understand of drawing fundamentals such as layout, color, composition, and creative thinking in order to develop your illustration output
• An insatiable curiosity to know your users, and a drive to make their lives better
• A tenacity to get your hands dirty to find out the root cause of an issue, or to validate your illustration, either through quantitative or qualitative research
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written & verbal)
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, for 6 months
