From building services for data consumption to handling data profiling and data extraction processes, you’ll work on real-life projects that will impact millions of Gojek users, and get the chance to be mentored by our talented team of GoTroops all throughout your time with us.

Your day to day job as Data Warehouse Intern will look like this:

• Design, maintain, and govern scalable and reliable services for data consumption from various sources

• Handle and include data extraction process into the data lake in the data warehouse

• Onboard new data sources to presentation layer

• Manage data profiling to ensure the team is able to capture any status changes in the business process.

• Diagnose and solve data issues in our data pipelines; look for the root cause of problems and envision a long term solution for these issues

• Work closely with the data stakeholders (Data Warehouse Downstream, Analyst, Growth etc.) to come up with a working data solution and accommodate their data needs

• Third/final year student from an Indonesian or overseas university; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Good understanding of data modelling and data structure

• Advanced in one these programming languages: Python, Java

• Highly proficient in using SQL

• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written &verbal)

• Ability to work equally well within a team and independently

• Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, for 4 to 6 months
