Sr Growth Lead - Pay  

About the Role:

The ideal candidate is an experienced data-driven business person which equals parts of Product Manager, Growth Marketer, and Business Strategist. They start from business strategy, leading metrics, customer experience, and delve into writing campaign briefs, experiment designs, or business/ customer analysis that can help encourage our users to experience the product’s core value as quickly as possible and improve customer spending in our product. They need to discover the team’s operation pain point and can improve the team’s performance by resolving issues on operations; Succeed to manage the team to deliver results and can manage collaboration with all stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

• Discover growth opportunities by proactively exploring the product’s funnel conversion rates for different segments of users
• Manage and prioritize experiment ideas based on Impact, Confidence, and Effort (ICE) scores.
• Work with analysts to implement and analyze A/B or Multivariate Tests that provide in-depth insights into the product team and an understanding of what core value for the product is
• Maintain timelines to iterate and build new features based on experiment results
• Performing retroactive analysis of new features to evaluate their impact on Gojek's North Star Metrics
• Proactively review the experiment process with product analysts, engineering, marketing, research, and design and act on how to drive faster experimentation process
• Present findings to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on feature prioritization and impact analysis

• BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of SQL
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in management consulting, multinational tech, investment banking or advisory services with 1-year leadership experience
• Strong project management skills to manage complex projects, and familiar with the tools (e.g. Trello, Favro, Jira). A creative design-thinking, problem-solving mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., MixPanel, Tableau, etc)
