Job Description

Gojek is known for our on-demand mobile platform that provides a wide range of services that will not stop creating innovation. Our engineering, product and design team are the kick-ass troop that has the big responsibility to build a reliable system for million families that are already dependent on us daily for their livelihood. Hence, we take it seriously by building a special force to partner them on finding more talents to make an impact together. Working side by side with the team, to get more well-rounded talents who believe in our mission is basically what this role do.

Our engineering, product and design team stitched by opinionated people that focus on creating innovation. They have high accountability to the work and genuinely build the solution for everybody (not only our end customer but also our team). We don’t have a hierarchy, we don’t have “bosses” or “managers”. We work as a team with the same mission, so it’s your level of contribution that will be valued. They are very selective to choose someone to join the team, so we expect you to see this as an opportunity to level up.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • We uphold service excellence for our candidates. Thus, you will help to coordinate interviews; including scheduling, greeting candidates, gathering interview notes and following-up with candidates
  • One of our core values is data-driven. So you will be in charge to maintain data hygiene of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment data
  • You will provide administrative support for the tech recruitment team

Minimum Qualifications

  • ​​​​​We expect you can be directly on board with your task since day one. So 2 years experience of being an HR Admin/Coordinator is a big plus
  • Gojek has people from all over the world. Hence, we expect you to have at least adequate skills in English, both verbal and written
  • All of our documents are online. So we expect you to be familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and other online documentation platforms
  • Willing to work for 6 months contract (possible to be extended)
