Job Description
- Supervise Accounts, Payable Staff. Oversee the invoice data entry and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop, implement and maintain AP procedures and policies to ensure controls, efficiencies, and adherence to company policies
- Interact with other departments, responding to questions and concerns
- Manager accounts payable reporting
- Assist the Finance Operations Manager with other AP duties as may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Have Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimal 3 years in Public Accountant/Consultant Firm or 5 years in Account Payable areas
- Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team in fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chat of accounts and corporate procedures
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting (SAP Hana) and spreadsheet programs
- Having experience in Using Procure to Pay system (preferably COUPA)
- Having experience in Using Travel & Expense System (Preferably CONCUR)
- Must be proficient in English language, both written and oral
