Job Description
Midtrans strives to develop a better payment solutions for the eCommerce industry. Partnerships in Midtrans plays an important role to build and execute partnerships with local and global vendors.
What will you do?
Partnerships in Midtrans will assist the Business Department in partnerships functions, including end-to-end management and execution of all partnerships' contractual assets that help drive the company's key business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and work alongside the Business team to acquire and maintain non-client partners with support in all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of partners, strategic and product assessment, transaction structuring, and negotiation
- Report team's and individual's KPI results to the AVP of Business
- Assist in the development of the partnership plan. Prepare forecast and OKR reporting for the leaders and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting and strategic planning
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation and expansion
- Provide full visibility into the partnership pipeline at every stage of engagement
- Develop a strong understanding of the e-commerce market and be the first person that a partner calls for escalation
- Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure rapport and collaboration between partners and clients
- Responsible for administrative duties, such as preparing reports, preparing price quotes, maintaining and approving the entire agreements and forms
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication or related academic area
- Exactly 3-4 years of experience in business management, sales or project management is mandatory. Prior experience in e-commerce will be a plus point
- Prior experience in leading teams is preferred
- Proficiency in both Bahasa and English is required
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Proven ability to maintain projects and and maintain effective relations with
