Job Description
- Monitor and control the progress of KYC related projects, including gap analysis on product enhancements
- Analyze improvement needed based on the KYC performance and QC result from both mechant and customer, as well as perform analysis on the KYC progress and trends
- Liaise with QC team on improving the KYC accuracy by proactively giving suggestions on the process (can be related with product, processs, people)
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in related field
- A team player (adaptable, communicative, strategic, collaborative)
- Experienced in planning and organizing tasks
- Analytical mindset (able to understand the context, find the corelation between topic, and draw the conclusion)
- Have a keen mind on problem-solving (able to link the informations to solve the problem)
- Familiar with periodical report writing, especially weekly
- Familiar with Google Sheet and reporting structure.
- Familiar with BQ or SalesForce is a plus
