Operation Junior Manager - GO-FRESH


Job Description

  • Responsible for GO-FRESH operational from shipping to the product received by the merchant.
  • Manage complaints and responsible for carrying out operational SOP.
  • Carry out initiatives for operating cost efficiency.
  • Communicate operational issue with all team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolve problems and complaints.
  • Review and approve all operation budget & ensure they are submitted for payment.
  • Work closely with the sourcing team to perform analysis (service level) or our supplier, ensure the supplier cooperative to deliver the order on time and have no problems.
  • Work closely with Head of Operation to set and or implement policies procedures and system and to follow through with implementation.
  • Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all process remain the complaint with government regulation.
  • Control performance driver and monitor KPIs driver.
  • Responsible for all aspect of vehicle and equipment needed.
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Computer literacy (Ms.excel, Ms.word, Ms.powerpoint, etc)
  • Good knowledge of operations management
  • Proven work experience as operations Junior Manager/Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Excellent communication skills
