Job Description
The Vehicle Monetization Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the design and development of Gojek’s vehicle monetization sales revenues; strategizing, planning and seeing to execution of advertising deal flows from media buying agencies. You will have a hard sales target, be analytical and strategic in account planning for each of these channel accounts that you acquire and manage.
What you will do:
- Have a strong sense of collaboration with stakeholders both internal and external with definitive outcomes
- Own client relationships to gain tangible, incremental value outcomes. Achieve revenue growth targets for your key clients or accounts and ensure high retention by driving working with product marketing, product and tech teams to have tailored solutions and offerings for your clients
- Deep understanding and relationships to navigate through the media buying houses and creative agencies to be able to influence and acquire strong partners
- Strong commercial acumen
- Provide regular succinct updates to senior management of the program’s progress
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years professional qualifying experience with a proven track record in account management, client facing and quota-carrying experience
- Strong communication, persuasion and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset in interacting with stakeholders.
- Business level fluency in both Bahasa and English
- Experience an Account Manager, Associate Business Partner of Business Director at the top leading media agencies in Indonesia
