Job Description
- Manage all the work plan and budget and target for opening outlets
- Do feasibility studies for prospective location to decide the targeted area
- Determine the best feature and other possibilities in targeted area
- Being the main person to communicate with the lanlord
- Negotiate with Landlord about the rental, lease term and conditions.
- Make statistic study and on the spot survey in surrounding proposed /targeted location, including the trade area, population, traffic, generator
- Supervised the BD team in prepare and execute the MOU , legal binding, make evaluation of implementation the agreement
- Cooperate with Operation Department, Architect, Project Management, and equipment department to prepare the new outlets until ready to open
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Strong background in F&B (big chained F&B would be a plus)
- More than 10 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales, or Project Manager
- Strong negotiation skill
- Fluent in English is preferable
- Strong leadership skill
