Job Description
- Lead the strategy, plan and execute marketing team to grow the business
- Optimize products' branding and ensure proper process for brand activation
- Come up with creative solutions, special projects, hacks for the purpose of increasing operational efficiencies and driving incremental growth
- Improve marketing process to reach maximum effectiveness and efficiency
- Evaluate and possess knowledge of competitive trends, market dynamics, forecasting for each market to gather insights in order to formulate and improve marketing strategy and plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- At least 10 years of working experience in marketing from brand, or ad food and beverage company
- Solid experience in handling ATL and BTL marketing
- Experience in managing large teams and navigating through complex organizations
- Easily adapt to change, shows flexibility, prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal flexibility and strong team management skills
