Business Fraud Manager - Operations  

Summary: join in high impact, high priority fraud-busting activities in GOJEK. We are looking for a future leader who is passionate about breaking problems, experimenting, and finding solutions

Things they will do:

• Responsible for overall fraud busting activities of a certain vertical
• Create fraud fighting roadmap
• Continuously gathering MO from the ground and analyze fraud patterns
• Design solutions / rules to minimize frauds
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and regions over optimal fraud solutions
• Evaluate new feature roll-out to eliminate fraud potential
• Monitor impact of implemented solutions to continuously improve them

They need to be:

• Self driven - able to make independent analysis and learn on the job
• Analytical - data driven, able to synthesize idea and create insights from data
• Relational - be able to reach out to people (mostly internal) and build working relationships with them
• Resourceful - things that they will do has no knowledge base yet, so need to develop and piece together from all over the place
• Have strong communication skill - we will end up communicating the strategy to internal stakeholders. It need to be succinct and crystal clear
• Have common sense - goes without saying. Need to have a basis for arguments and decisions

Preferred backgrounds and industries:

• Indonesian (or at least the first language is Indonesian)
• Proficient in English
• More than 5 years of work experience in consulting / tech companies / startup
• Proficient in SQL or other data analytics capability
• Background in anti-fraud or project management of product is preferred
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, master degree is nice to have
