Job Description
- Work with the business and HR to identify learning needs and consult them with learning solutions.
- Plan and implement Learning/ Competencies Gap Analysis to produce learning frameworks
- Design, develop and implement learning programs for employees
- Source, assess and recommend vendors for requested programs
- Provide insights to improve and develop new and innovative learning interventions
- Measure the effectiveness of learning & development activities to continuously improve the outcome of the initiatives
- Flexible and adaptable to new ways of working
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years Experience with hands-on exposure in the Learning and Development field
- Has experiences in Consultant Management
- Fluent in English both written & verbal
- Having proven skills in developing curriculum & facilitating engaging learning materials/program
- Project Management, Presentation Skills, Instructional Design and Strong Influencing skills, Excellent Training Delivery Skills
