Job Description

Midtrans strives to develop a better payment solution for the eCommerce industry. We believe a great payment solution are well-provided by a great project management process. Alliance Manager in Midtrans is crucial for delivering a better payment solution by managing projects properly.

What will you do?

Alliance Manager in Midtrans will assist the Business Development Department in project management functions, especially in providing added value product to eCommerce merchants and payment provider partners at Midtrans. You will work closely with the Product team, and manage cross-team communication to ensure the product readiness. You will also maintain communication process for our partners and internal team in Midtrans for every projects by providing clear documentation and communication channel for the entire stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build a strong relationship with Bank, Telco, Over the Counter, and other payment providers.
  • Create a clear project documentation
  • Manage project/feature development process.
  • Manage cross-team communication, and guide the internal stakeholders to be able to self-manage
  • Create and analyze feature performance review periodically
  • Conduct regular meeting with stakeholders to improve the performance
  • Conduct continuous improvement of business process
  • Conduct market research regularly to have a better understanding.
  • Manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality of work
  • Proactively establish good working relationships with all project stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related academic area
  • Prior experience in project management will be a plus
  • Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Loves to conduct performance analysis
  • Loves to write proper documentation and report
  • Speak and write in English with business-level fluency
  • Able to teach and guide others as well as support other ideas
