Job Description
Things they will do:
- Analyze and manage regional operations to achieve the objective
- Conduct an improvement initiative based on analysis
- Coach team members to ensuring continuous improvement in regional team
Minimum Qualifications
Requirement:
- Graduate from Reputable University (Master Degree would be an advantage)
- Minimum experience 7 years (Manager) and 10 years (Sr Manager) of experiences in Problem Solving/Continuous Improvement methodology Black Belt in Six Sigma/Lean is mandatory
- Having experience in a multinational company or consulting background is preferred Extensive leadership experience in managing operations
- Very fluent in number, excellent in analyzing data, and using analytics to make decisions Results driven with strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Excellent Leadership & Team Building skills Fast-paced, independent thinker Passionate and knowledgeable about GO-JEK Business overall Fluency in English
