Job Description
- Provide experience and satisfaction with IT service users in Branches and satellites.
- Responsible for handling and resolving issues related to office IT (e.g: laptops, printers, etc.).
- Maintain & store office assets (e.g: laptops, printers, mobile network devices etc.) both in branches and satellites.
- Ensure the network connection is running normally and escalate with the network team if there are obstacles.
- Collaborating with 3rd parties (all vendors related to IT infrastructure branch needs).
- Supporting the IT Infrastructure project.
- Provides user guidance / training on how to use tools related to work productivity such as Laptops, Printers, etc.
- Become support for IT Infrastructure Branch services that handle all end user device problems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Informatics Engineering or Computer Science from reputable universities.
- At least 3 years of experience working as an IT Support and/or handling assets are prioritized.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in teams.
- Good eyes for details and innovation-oriented.
- Having knowledge in the IT field is a must (Windows & MacOs).
- Willing to be placed in Medan.
- Having experience in the IT industry is a big plus.
