Job Description
- Handle escalation from Agents.
- Monitor Quality Agent based on KPI target.
- Maintain and develop KYC agent.
- Monitor performance agent KYC.
- Mobile on floor and able to standby to help agent KYC.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / D3 (Fresh Graduate).
- Computer Literacy (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint).
- Possess high learning agility and curiosity.
- Minimum 1-year experience in the same position.
- Good in English (speaking and writing).
- Preferably someone who can be scheduled to work in shifts.
