Job Description
- Regularly research event/community/association relate to business for future collaboration
- Plan and organize community events with attention to financial, time constraints, and monthly event schedule
- Build and maintain long term relationship with communities
- Coordinate with Activation, Content, and Sales teams to ensure community events are running well
- Coordinate and liaise with third parties for community event execution
- Manage all community events operations (preparing venue, invitation, etc.)
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of all community events
- Maintain relationship with internal & external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication/Public Relations/Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Required Skill(s): marketing, communication, social media, community management, public relation, or event management
- Preferably Supervisor specialized in Event Management, Public Relations/Communications or equivalent
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. community open house, creating community event series)
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize work load
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Ability to operate Ms. Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Productivity Tools (Drive, Sheets, Doc), and Adobe (Reader)
- Ability to work with tight timeline and targeted objectives
