Job Description
- Responsibility for creating and delivering the Retail and Kiosk acquisition plan
- in close cooperation with the Corporate Commercial Partnership teams in Jakarta.
- Develop the Brand Experience business (which includes Experiential, Event Sponsorships and Brand Partnerships) by developing brand and client relationships, negotiating deals, and leveraging off existing assets to develop new and profitable income opportunities
- Market Expansion of the Commercial Partnership team for the region.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in project/program management role
- A genuine understanding of marketing, and have the ability to listen to brand/agencies to understand their challenges and provide them with an appealing mix of experiential solutions.
- Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of negotiating and delivering Retail deals and agreements.
- Demonstrate strong managerial and organizational skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Indonesia.
- Experience working in a busy, demanding and pressurized environment.
- Team player, maintaining close working relationships with the matrix teams, corporate teams and other stakeholders to achieve targets.
