Job Description
- Asset Purchase and Management
- Survey Locations
- Negotiate with vendors & venue
- Plan and manage assets according to our Go Food Festival needs and work to beneficially grow their portfolio while minimizing risks.
- Must be a strategically minded individual with strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience managing physical assets through their entire lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferable Exp of Agency/Tenant Relations/Purchasing/Business Development
- Willing to travel regularly
- Strong with numbers
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
- 3+ years successful asset management experience
- Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent project management skills
- Analytically and strategically minded
- Skilled negotiator
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Adept communicator both orally and written
- Results driven
