Job Description
- Executing the Internal Development Program for the organization based on GO-JEK's values, including to measure the effectiveness of the program;
- Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets for SMB development programs;
- Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting;
- Create and implement engagement programs at work that connect employees with business goals;
- Develop team-building exercises or workshops and recommend events planning for engagement activities;
- Coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities;
- Raising awareness of the GO-JEK’s commitment to CSR.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in related/similar roles;
- Computer literacy (ms.excel, ms.word, ms.powerpoint);
- Possesses high learning agility and curiosity;
- Fluent in english and communicative;
- Proactive and adaptive;
- Have a good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and data driven thinking;
- Attention to details.
