Job Description
Directly reporting to the Sales Team Lead, the Sales Generalist is responsible for assisting the Sales Team and the organization to attain the overall sales goals across all segments within the PH market.
- Contacts businesses and appropriate contact persons (such as IT officers, decision makers, etc.) by telephone to promote and sell GlobalSign products and services.
- Acquires qualified leads across all industries and regions within the PH market.
- Adjusts scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific customers.
- Records customer details, including any feedback or reaction to the product or solution offered.
- Schedules appointments for sales representatives to meet prospective customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate.
- With fluency in Visayan language, aside from Tagalog.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in IT Security industry, with relevant experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced with the gathering and management of information.
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work without close supervision.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
