Job Description
- Researches, writes, edits and creates remarkable contents (e.g. security related news) from scratch for digital flyers or printable materials such as marketing collaterals, flyers, profiles, press release, press kit, sales kit, magazines and blogs based on SLAs/guidelines set by clients.
- Coordinates content creation; publishing of company newsletters (internal and external).
- Prepares internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc. as required.
- Contributes to/updates the company’s social sites like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Proof reads, edits and writes content on a regular basis for building up the website including informative short articles and final drafts of web pages for client project-based on the material supplied by them.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a content writer, editor, copywriter or similar role.
- Must have high attention to details while still being efficient.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English language.
- Highly creative in analyzing and researching on the topic for content development .
- Able to meet tight deadlines, ability to take initiative and can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office; knowledge of HTML and CSS using a popular content management system; SEO, SEM, SNS and link-building principles are preferable but not required.
- A portfolio of published articles.
