Technical Support Specialist  

1. Researches, investigates and resolves customer technical issues.
2. Assists customers in the installation and implementation of GlobalSign products.
3. Interprets instructions and issues and implement actions according to company policies and procedures.
4. Provides excellent customer service to clients that meet and exceeds the company’s and client’s standards by responding to customers promptly, demonstrating deep knowledge and expertise of GlobalSign products, etc.
5. Performs, if a need arises, web content management tasks by executing and delivering web content goals based on Tech Support guidelines.

• With at least a Bachelor's Degree.

• At least one-year strong technical background. Call Center Agent with ISP or Web-hosting Account experience is preferred but not required.

• Excellent English is written and verbal skills.

• Sound organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.

• Able to do multi-tasking, desire to work in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and a fast learner.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

• Willing to work in Makati City.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

Plus:
• With an interest in IT and good at researching and solving technical problems.
• Sound knowledge of Windows Servers (2003 and 2008, Exchange)
• Comfortable with using command-lines both for Linux terminal and windows command prompt (preferred but not required.
• Experience with Windows Servers, experience with LINUX, Knowledgeable about different kind of Web Servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, etc.) preferred but not required.
