Job Description

  • Design market strategies and action plans to achieve marketing goals
  • Competitor shopping
  • Coach staff on skills improvement and marketing to achieve goals and targets
  • Plan and implement market activities
  • Conduct at least 10 value added market either with existing or prospective accounts in target markets
  • Cross sell referrals through existing clients
  • Implement and/or be involved in Key Relations Activities (external and internal)
  • Check bank premises, merchandising and point-of-sale materials
  • Track and monitor Personal Banker call activity through call plans and reports
  • Report market results to Cluster Heads
  • Assess skill level and recommend training requirements of staff
  • Highlight outstanding performance in “Figures”
  • Review/support staff promotions, hiring and recommendations
  • Acts as reliever in the absence of branch cashier (is necessary)
  • Audit compliance and company policies
  • Conduct spot cash count
  • Review reports and FS before submission to the HO
  • Responsible for the overall operations of the branch
  • Conduct regular branch meeting and must submit the official minutes of the meeting to the respective cluster heads

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of any 4-year Business course
  • With relative experience in similar industry
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent intrapersonal and managerial skills
  • Motivates team efficiently and shows conflict resolution skills
