Job Description
- Oversees the day to day functions of Accounting Department
- Review and Approval of all Expenses, Budgets, Payroll, Vat(BIR), Mandatory
- Reviews all reports of AP(Expenses), AR(Receivables), Collections(Aging and receivables), Warehouse(Inventories, Deliveries, RTV's)
- Supervision and review of Staff to maintain accuracy and up to date records of all transactions and financial records
- Reviews Bank Reconcilliation
- Review of all records in QB, daily transactions, payments, bank deposits(collections) and withdrawals, rtv's/credit memos and it's supporting documents
- Maintain internal control and effective accounting system and company policies
- Prepares Monthly Profit and Loss Statements
- Multi-Tasking
- Reports directly with the CEO,
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Quickbooks Expert
- Schedule Oriented
- Excel Expert
- Good Leadership
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field
