Job Description
- Manages relationships between customer’s business and IT Consulting team in day-to-day operations in the delivery of IT services, execution of business processes, and related IT tasks.
- Partners with the customer’s business to understand their changing business needs and ensure that IT’s alignment to their business objectives is achieved by working closely with their Divisional CIO’s to translate business needs into IT demands.
- Advises and supports customers through the full lifecycle providing a range of buy-side and sell-side IT services to customers
- Reviews the current IT Consulting structure and define the roles and responsibilities of the team
- Drives audit, analysis and steering phases for ongoing IT projects and help clients with change-management activities
- Develops strong working relationships with senior level business partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4/5 year degree course, preferably with IT/ telco orientation
- 5 years experience in Systems integration, IT outsourcing/IT procurement, Program/Project management of IT Infrastructure and Business related Projects (i.e. ERP, CRM, SCM etc.), or equivalent
