Main responsibilities
The Senior Executive Recruiter will be in charge of end-to-end recruitment of global executive positions and drive the following:
- Conceptualizing and contributing ideas on sourcing strategies and methods to be utilized in identifying qualified candidates.
- The Senior Executive Recruiter is highly encouraged to utilize creative methods that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Providing strategic thought leadership for organizational growth.
- Creating marketing materials including job descriptions and email templates.
- Verifying candidate qualifications and assisting the client with the candidate on-boarding process.
- Recommending ideas and techniques proactively to improve the processes and success of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College degree is a plus, but not required.
- Prior BPO experience a plus, but not required if the candidate has recruiting experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- A proven track record of being a top-performer.
- Passion for learning and personal development.
- Willing to work night shifts.
