Job Description
Main responsibilities
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining a world-class candidate tracking database
- Performing lead generation
- Data Entry
- Maintaining quality control
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in using an applicant tracking system is a plus, but not required
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- A proven track record of being a star-performer
- Passionate about learning and developing as a person
- Willing to work either on day shift or a night shift, depending on the requirements of the projects
- Willing to work in Makati City for an initial period, and then can work from home
- Bachelor’s/College Degree is a plus, but not required
