Job Description
- Provide IT-level technical support to customers for GMS software products and web-based systems. The primary focus of the role is to ensure that any issues with the systems are efficiently resolved, to minimize disruption of operation.
- Provide dedicated telephone and live-chat support in real time for customers and other departments.
- Ensure any repeat incidents are identified and escalated to ensure the appropriate resolution is applied.
- Ensure that all queries and support calls are logged and tracked, and to keep customers regularly informed regarding progress and resolution.
- Create and maintain process and procedure documents in addition to other user-specific documentation (including documentation on resolved issues).
- Take an active role in the user testing of new software products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to handle stress
- Good customer service skills
- Preferably fresh graduate
