Job Description
- Driving proper managing of volume and staffing to ensure optimal performance through continuous interaction with stakeholders with the intent of achieving target metrics and contractual objectives
- Facets are Intraday Operations (Real-time Monitoring), Scheduling, Forecasting and Capacity Planning
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree holder
- 5 – 7 years required work experience in Workforce Management
- Must possess good Leadership skills
- Good communications skills
- Salary 45k
