Job Description
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Process orders, forms, and application
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduates are accepted.
- College graduate / undergraduate of any IT-related course is preferred.
- Technical support experience (BPO or Non-BPO) is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Amenable for shifting schedule.
- Basic knowledge of ISP, Telco, Wireless Connections, and Billing.
