Job Description
- Interact with clients via phone to provide detailed information
- Follow-up on client requests and refer inquiries to authorized representatives
- Meet client expectations while complying with established policies, practices and procedures
- Identify and resolve client complaints using sound judgment and flexibility
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Must also be fluent in Fukien and Tagalog
- Must know how to read and write Mandarin
- Preferably NON-NATIVE
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules
- All native candidates must present their visa and passport upon walking in
