Job Description
- Day to day monitoring of Client Classification Analysts and Classification Quality Review Analyst’s Performance
- Document the performance of assigned Advanced Client Classification Analysts through a management Information report
- Coordinate and monitor the attendance of resources for governance meetings
- Understand and identify Improvements to current client procedures and processes
- Provide ad hoc training and coaching to all team members when appropriate
- Define daily KPI’s in order to monitor resource performance around handling time and quality, and track their progress against such KPI’s
- Provide and support and guidance to Client Classification Analysts and Advanced Client Classification Analysts with respect to the goals and / or objectives of the projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course is accepted, banking experience preferred
- Experience managing teams
- Excellent client communication skills
- Experience of managing daily targets, process changes, and status reporting
