Job Description
- Provide product/ service description to the client
- Resolve or attend any emerging problems that customer might face
- Identify and assess customer needs to satisfaction
- Handle customer’s concern and provide appropriate action/solution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies (spiels)
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergrad, High School grads are welcome to apply
- Call Center Experience is not required
- Willingness to learn to be trained
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules
- Candidates must be 18 y/o and up
