Job Description
- Plans, directs, and organizes the district’s human resources procedure, and processes consistent with current laws and district goals; evaluate current procedures and recommends charges
- Supervise HR department staff and assists staff in resolving non-routine issues in their respective areas and investigates problems and employee complaints
- Implements plans for successful execution of HR initiatives
- Manages local HR spend for travel, recognition, recruiting, assets, staffing, etc. to contain cost
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to work on a high level of independence
- Excellent in English in word and writing
- Pragmatic and goal oriented
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- People oriented and results driven
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Office Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
