Job Description
- Resolving customer requests, questions, and needs while ensuring the best use of resources
- Accomplishes tasks in a high paced environment
- Grasps the functionality and concepts of company software
- Provides current airport information for pilots and passengers
- Handles new accounts
- Maintains records
- Prepares daily, monthly and annual reports
- Performs work assignments and related clerical duties accurately with an eye for detail
Minimum Qualifications
- Urgent Hiring: Fresh Grads
- Be result-driven and respond positively to feedback
- Possess basic computer skills
- Knowledgeable of MS Office Suite and other basic computer programs
- Ability to multi-task
- Amenable to Day Shift work schedule
Office Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
