Job Description
Job Description:
- Processes reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral
- Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents
- Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing
- Determines room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel
- Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be at least a High School graduate. College undergrads and graduates are also accepted
- No experience needed
- Must be confident and comfortable speaking in English to clients
- Must be computer literate and type at least 25 wpm
- Must be willing to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
