Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
- Actively listens to customers to understand their concerns and issues
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Graduates, Short Course / Vocational, College Graduates / Undergraduates
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Knowledge of relevant software compute applications and equipment
- Demonstrated efficiency in typing and grammar
- With or without call center experience
- Office Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
