Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries both by telephone and email
- Research required information using available resources
- Accurately entering information into various computer programs
- Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential
Minimum Qualifications
- No experience required.
- At least high school graduate
- Willing to work a graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
- Computer literate and Good Web Navigation Skills
