Job Description
Sourcing & recruitment specialist is responsible for:
- Advertising;
- Text Blasting;
- Managing Social Media Sites;
- Maintaining the Applicant Tracker;
- Marketing;
- Performing other duties that management deems necessary to further the goals of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Computer literate
- Ability to do the following:
- Quickly acquire knowledge
- Learn programs required by the department
- Operate a cellphone and other communication tools.
- Converse and present on a regular basis
- Type 40 words per minute
- Has the following characteristics:
