Job Description
- Handling inbound customer service support calls.
- Cross – selling value added services or products offered by the company.
- Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be confident and comfortable speaking in English to international clients.
- Must be computer literate and type at least 25 wpm.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- No experience is required for as long as you're conversant in English
- High school graduate is okay
