Job Description
- Actively use the Outlook mobile app.
- Provide email/chat support with minimal voice component.
- Answer calls politely, professionally, and assertively.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of technical support experience.
- Relevant technical experience is non-negotiable and IT/Tech experience is not limited to the BPO industry.
- Preferably with chat/email support experience.
- Knowledgeable on operating system of phones and devices.
- At least basic knowledge/fundamentals.
- Knowledgeable of IE technologies such as cookies, cache, and IE options.
- High level knowledge of email such as Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, and AOL.
- Average to good English communication skills.
- Can type at least 35 to 50 wpm.
- Open to various shifts influenced by current business needs
