Job Description
- Understanding the needs of the customers through effective listening and questioning skills.
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Dealing with all calls politely, courteously, professionally and assertively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Holds a current and unrestricted local (PH) Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) degree or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) Diploma or
- Basic Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Nursing degree or Associate Nursing Degree or Nursing
- Minimum of 3 months post graduate working experience in a clinical setting
- The clinical experience must be the equivalent of 3 months’ full-time patient care
- 3 months’ of work, minimum of 40 hours/week (480 hours)
