Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the needs of the customers through effective listening and questioning skills.
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Dealing with all calls politely, courteously, professionally and assertively.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets, and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduates are accepted
- Average to excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate (familiar with different Microsoft applications)
- Native/Non-Native Thai Speaker
